Additional Perks & Benefits:- Dearness Allowance (DA): Currently, Dearness Allowance (DA) of SSC CGL employees is 60% of the basic pay. This rate, revised from 58%, is revised periodically twice a year (in January and July) to adjust for the impact of inflation.
- House Rent Allowance (HRA): 27% (X cities), 18% (Y cities), 9% (Z cities) of Basic Pay — depending on place of posting.
