GENERAL INTRODUCTION OF CHANDIGARH
It is situated in India\’s northern region. Chandigarh is one of the eight Union Territories of India. It is the second smallest union territory of India by land and the fourth populous union territory of India by population. It shares borders with Haryana to the east and Punjab to the north, the west, and the south. Chαndigarh serves as the joint capital of both Punjab and Haryana state. Chandigarh city has one of the highest per capita incomes in the country.
The Sukhna Lake, the Rock Garden, the Zakir Hussain Rose Garden, the Botanical Garden, the Government Museum and the art gallery are the main tourist places in Chαndigarh.
